Agree on Accountability Before Coverage Begins

Reporting requirements vary by property and assignment. Confirm the available tools, responsibilities, access permissions and delivery arrangements in your written service agreement. Request a demonstration or redacted sample before relying on a feature. This page does not establish that any technology is deployed at your site.

Attendance Records and Verification

Specify how shift start and end times will be recorded and who reviews missed or disputed entries. If location information is available, agree on its use and accuracy limits. A submitted time or location record does not prove continuous presence, identify every person on site or guarantee that duties were completed.

Patrol Records

Agree on the patrol route, checkpoints, frequency and evidence required for each visit. Confirm whether the assignment supports time, location or image records, and how gaps will be reviewed. A recorded visit is not continuous surveillance or a promise of live vehicle tracking.

Activity and Incident Reports

Define the daily activity report (DAR), incident details and supporting images required, with privacy rules appropriate to your site. Confirm whether records are digital, who checks them and how corrections are handled. A submitted report is not independent verification of every event. Report entry does not guarantee immediate delivery or automatic alerts.

Supervisor Visibility

Identify the supervisor responsible for reviewing records, the review schedule and the escalation contact. Confirm which information that person can access. Access to a record does not mean continuous monitoring, round-the-clock supervision or an immediate response commitment.

Client Reporting and Communication

Agree on authorised recipients, report format, delivery frequency and a fallback contact if delivery fails. Confirm any portal or mobile access with a demonstration and assignment-specific permissions. Client access, automatic notifications and communication through a mobile application must be confirmed separately; they are not included by default.

Tracking, Cameras and Integrations

Live tracking, surveillance-system integrations and automated alerts are not offered as confirmed capabilities here. Any proposed integration requires verification of the actual system, permissions, privacy requirements and written scope. Reporting tools do not replace emergency services. Call 911 in an emergency or if there is immediate danger.

Evidence You Can Request

Ask for a demonstration or an approved redacted report showing the fields, review process and delivery method proposed for your assignment. No client records, screenshots or case examples are published without authorisation.

Discuss your reporting requirements or request supporting documentation.
