Minimum Applicant Requirements

To join Swiftex as a licensed security officer in NYC, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:

  • NYS Security Guard License: Valid 16-digit NYS Guard Registration card.
  • Required Certificates: 8-Hour Pre-Assignment & 16-Hour On-the-Job training certificates.
  • Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Background & Drug Screening: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
  • Professional Demeanor: Punctual, reliable, with strong verbal communication skills.
