No. Swiftex is an unarmed security company. If your site requires armed coverage, we will tell you so rather than take the work.
Attendance is recorded against the post, so a missed shift is visible to us, not only to you. We arrange replacement cover and tell you what happened.
Minimums depend on the coverage pattern and the site. We confirm this in the written proposal after the assessment.
The number of officers, the hours and days covered, whether cover is overnight or on weekends, the site's complexity, and the length of the engagement. We quote in writing after seeing the site.
