SSS-Hub connects the operational record from assignment to client reporting. A shift can be scheduled, assigned, attended by GPS clock-in, monitored by supervisors, supported with post orders, documented through DARs and incident reports, and reflected in payroll and billing records.

Guard Mobile App: Guards view shifts, clock in and out, complete patrol checkpoints, submit DARs, file incidents, review post orders, and send required field updates.
Supervisor Mode: Supervisors see assigned sites, coverage status, alerts, reports, and guard activity from the field.
Admin Web Portal: Owners and operations managers manage rosters, schedules, sites, clients, compliance documents, reporting, billing support, and system settings.
Client Web Portal: Clients can view proof of service, activity reports, invoices, and site records for their account.
